Step 1: Install the WaterMinder app on the watch from Google Play Store.
Step 2: Open the app and click on the Continue button.
Step 3: Enter your basic information like name, gender, and weight. Click on Continue.
Step 4: Now, it will show a daily goal based on your information. Tap Continue again.
Step 5: Click on LET’S HYDRATE! and click on the down arrow icon.
Step 6: Select Settings, and here you can change all the settings like profile, reminders, and units.
You can enable the reminders and set the units. If the app does not show any reminders, try disabling and re-enabling the option.
